We are hiring a high-performing Business Development Representative to help expand our client base and bring in new commercial accounts. This is for someone who understands how to open doors, build trust, and close business.
You will represent a professional security company offering armed guards, unarmed guards, patrol services, fire watch, construction site security, retail security, and custom protection solutions.

What You’ll Do
• Prospect new business through calls, email, networking, and in-person outreach
• Build relationships with property managers, construction firms, warehouses, HOAs, retail centers, hotels, and commercial clients
• Set meetings and present service proposals
• Prepare quotes and close contracts
• Maintain follow-up pipeline and track opportunities
• Work directly with leadership on growth strategy
• Help expand market presence in key territories
